3、另存为的时候，注意文件名要后缀带有 .bat 的文件；
所用命令意思：
SC 用于启动服务控制 器的命令行程序
config 命令参数，意思是永久更改服务配置，说白了就是将服务项设置为"自动，手动，禁用"
后面跟的就是服务名称了
"="号后的就是"自动，手动，禁用"，AUTO - 自动，DEMAND - 手动，DISABLED - 禁用
